I want to recommend Gravity Autos in Duluth. One of their staff members, Musa, provided exceptional customer service, patiently and transparently guiding us through the entire sales process. It was very smooth and organic. We're definitely customers for life.

I just bought my 2021 Jeep Gladiator Overlander today from Gravity Autos. Gabe, the salesman was fantastic. The whole staff was very courteous. Sam the Salesmanager was very helpful answering questions and concerns. Alek, the finance manager helped us get a great rate on our loan. With small dealerships you sometimes hear horror stories, but not at Gravity. We drove two hours to buy this Jeep. They were all very respectful of our time. We got there at 12ish, and we were out the door by 1:30 (including the test drive)! Best experience I have had in a long time. When I need another vehicle, I will not hesitate to drive. I got a great deal on my vehicle, had friendly service and my time was valued and respected. What more could you ask for in a dealership?

We had a great experience buying our beautiful Porsche Macan at Gravity, especially being from out of state and making our purchase site unseen or test driven. Dar was very communicative and responsive to all our calls and questions. He and his team went above and beyond with fair negotiations. Would recommend and would deal through them again.

I’d give 10 stars if I could. From our initial inquiry through the end of sale Musa was amazing! He was quick to respond, informative, and so helpful! We started the deal from Knoxville and by the time we made it to the dealership everything was in order for us. Thank you Musa for taking such good care of us! I’m already in love with my new car!
